Amyloid-beta oligomers (Aßo) are involved in the start of Alzheimer's disease. Cellular prion protein (PrPC) acts as a key receptor for Aßo, causing harm to synapses. Previous research demonstrated the potential of a human antibody targeting PrPC for treating Alzheimer's. Our technology utilizes unique PrPC human antibodies to address Alzheimer's Disease.
